Gauge Analytics OÜ has designated [email protected] as the primary privacy contact. We never collect: private keys, seed phrases, wallet signing capabilities, or any information that could enable access to or control of cryptocurrency assets. Wallet addresses submitted for analysis are processed in real time and are not retained in our databases.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at aki.ee, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk of processing, including: TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit; AES-256 encryption for data at rest where applicable; role-based access controls limiting staff access to personal data; regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate within 72 hours of becoming aware, in accordance with GDPR Article 33. Where required, we will also notify affected individuals without undue delay.
The Service is not directed to persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We send marketing communications only to users who have opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users, or by prominent notice on the Service, before they take effect.
